Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

If your order is damaged, contact us at info@8kmedia.ca within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or other concerns.
